Eleonora Cozzella, passionate connoisseur of the great Italian wine&food tradition, after having attained her degree “cum laude” in Philosophy and a postgraduate work in Journalism, started to write for many newspapers and magazines on themes of agricultural and food products processing.
She is a professional taster and inspector for the Guida ai Ristoranti d’Italia of L’Espresso and columnist for La Repubblica Sapori.
As gourmet globe-trotter she is the chairwoman of the italian panel for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, the list which established an exclusive ranking of international cuisine.
She has been coordinating for 10 years “Identità di pasta”, an annual congress dedicated to culture of pasta. She also authored the book “Pasta Revolution”, winner of the prestigious award “Finalista selezione Premio Bancarella”.
